StageWhat it means
Not NowDidn't qualify or went quiet on the questions. Gets a polite note and a light quarterly touch — never nagged. You can reopen anyone from here at any time.
LostYou've closed it out on purpose. All automation stops. Can be reopened later if things change.
The habit that matters: glance at the board once a day — 30 seconds, phone is fine. If someone's sat in Discovery Booked or Proposal Sent longer than feels right, open their conversation and check the story. Everything else is being worked for you.
