The parked lanes
| Stage | What it means |
| Not Now | Didn't qualify or went quiet on the questions. Gets a polite note and a light quarterly touch — never nagged. You can reopen anyone from here at any time. |
| Lost | You've closed it out on purpose. All automation stops. Can be reopened later if things change. |
The habit that matters: glance at the board once a day — 30 seconds, phone is fine. If someone's sat in Discovery Booked or Proposal Sent longer than feels right, open their conversation and check the story. Everything else is being worked for you.
