How to ask us for help so it gets sorted in one message, not five.

How to reach us

Email jerald@centriweb.com. That's the fastest path. I read every message myself.

What to include

Tell me three things:

  1. What you were trying to do (e.g. "I was approving a quote in my Signed-Jobs dashboard")
  2. What happened instead (error message? Nothing happened? Wrong number?)
  3. A screenshot if you can grab one. A picture saves two emails.

One topic per email, please. If you have two unrelated things, send two emails.

How fast

I reply within one business day. If your question reveals a gap in this Help Centre, I write the missing guide within a day. You do not chase me. I chase the problem.
