Replies land in one place

Every text and email reply shows up in Conversations in your dashboard (app.centriweb.com) — one inbox, with the full history of everything the system has sent them, so you have the whole picture before you type a word.

Reply from inside the conversation

Answer right there in the thread — not from your personal phone or email. That keeps the record in one place and the system in the loop.

The system steps back automatically

Once a real conversation starts, the automated chase pauses for that lead. The machine will never text someone you're mid-conversation with.

Rule of thumb on speed: a reply answered within the hour is worth several answered tomorrow. Can't reply properly? A one-liner — "Good to hear from you, I'll call you at 4" — keeps it alive.
Hot lead on the phone instead? Great — after the call, jot one line in their conversation thread ("spoke 10 July, wants updated quote by Friday"). Ten seconds now saves you re-explaining to yourself in three weeks.
