What happens automatically after that

The first 60 seconds, the qualifying questions, and the follow-up that runs without you.

1

First 60 seconds — the lead hears from you

A text and an email go out from your business straight away, while the lead is still thinking about their project. Speed is the single biggest factor in who wins the job — this makes you the fastest builder they contacted.

2

The system asks the qualifying questions

The lead gets a short set of questions: timeframe, budget range, land or plans status, how they'd like to be contacted. You never have to interrogate a stranger on the phone again — the answers are on their contact card before you ever speak.

3

Serious leads get your calendar

Leads whose answers show they're ready are sent your booking link automatically, and you get a notification. Not-ready-yet leads aren't binned — they go into a steady education sequence (seven touches over ten days) that keeps your name in front of them until they are.

4

Booked calls confirm themselves

When a lead books, they get a confirmation and a reminder 24 hours out, and a task lands in your dashboard so nothing surprises you.

5

The 90-day chase runs on every open quote

Any quote or proposal that goes quiet is followed up automatically — polite, persistent, in your voice — for 90 days, until they answer or clearly close it out. This is where the "dead" jobs come back from.

What you'll notice day to day: leads answer their own qualifying questions, your calendar fills without phone tag, and quotes you'd written off start replying. Your only job is knowing what to do when they reply — that's the next guide.
