The three ways a new enquiry or quote gets in — including doing it yourself in under a minute.

Share your enquiry form link

Your system has its own enquiry form. Put the link anywhere leads come from: your website's contact button, your email signature, a QR code on the ute or site signage. Not sure of your form link? Email us — we'll send it straight back.

That's it

Anyone who fills it in is in the system instantly and the follow-up starts on its own. Nothing for you to do.

Connected ad forms flow straight in

If you run lead ads with us, every ad enquiry lands in the system by itself, same as the form. No exporting, no spreadsheets.

3.Add one yourself — under a minute

For the lead that rings you, texts you, or walks up on site:

Open your dashboard

Log in at app.centriweb.com — phone or computer, both work.

Contacts, then the + button

Open Contacts in the left menu and tap the + (add contact).

Name and mobile — email if you have it

That's the minimum. Save it. Skip the other fields — the system asks the lead its own qualifying questions.

From here it's automatic
Within 60 seconds of any of the three ways above, the lead gets a text and an email from your business, plus a short set of qualifying questions. You'll see them appear in your pipeline under New Enquiry.
The one rule: if a lead exists only in your head, your call log, or a text thread — it isn't being chased. Thirty seconds of Way 3 puts the machine to work on it.
